Those new to CrossFit will find a supportive, motivational atmosphere anchored by experienced coaches and top-caliber fellow athletes including Olympic rowing gold medalist Esther Lofgren, professional MMA fighters Jon Vinyard and Kirstin Murphey, and CrossFit Regionals qualifier Ryan Troupe.
