40 x Med ball V-ups w/ Russian twist (20#/14#)
After you do the V-up, before coming back down do a Russian twist to both sides.

Not for time.  If pistols are too easy go weighted.  If you don’t have pistols, use a box or stacked plates to lower yourself down to, then only using leg strength drive up (no rocking).
