Capital MMA had two mixed martial arts fighters and four grappling superfight competitors represent at the April 29th, 2019 CageZilla 56 event in Ashburn, VA. Everyone showed tremendous heart and sportsmanship, and of course made the Capital MMA family proud! CageZilla is the Washington DC area’s longest standing amateur mixed martial arts promotion and they always put on an awesome show.
