Muay Thai Fights In The Washington DC Area | Thai Championship Boxing (TCB) 20

On Saturday evening three of Capital’s Muay Thai competitors made their way to Ashburn, VA to fight at Thai Championship Boxing (TCB) 20. TCB is one of the Washington DC area’s longest standing amateur Muay Thai promotions and they always put on an awesome show. This show was no exception. It was a packed house, with 14 fights, and the crowd was electric!

First up from Capital was Rudy Galvan for his debut fight. He took some hard hits in the first round, but came back strong to take the victory. The Fight Philosophy Podcast gave Rudy the Ironman award for demonstrating pure grit and determination.

Kyle Hall was up next for the co-main event and dominated all three rounds to take the unanimous decision. Kyle has been a non stop wrecking ball for Muay Thai and MMA. He took a Fight of the Night performance just last month and is scheduled to fight on CageZilla 58 next month.

Finally, Harold Riera was up for his main event title fight, and it was a fight! Harold won the 155lb title after five staggering rounds. The Fight Philosophy Podcast gave Harold Fight of the Night for demonstrating tremendous skill and his “primal” performance in the ring. Later that night he also took home 24 stitches.

We cannot wait to see what’s next for these incredible athletes!
