The main reason is that the average session at the local health club sees people working out near each other, with headphones on to ensure fewer distractions and awkward interactions. At Capital, however, you have coaches and fellow members constantly working with you and encouraging you.

The instructors are excellent. Patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. The management is outstanding. The facility is in great condition, clean, well maintained and comfortable. I hope to train with these folks for many years to come. Highly recommended.
