Functional Power Development

The Functional Power Training program is comprised of three different types of training sessions: max effort training days, dynamic effort training days and energy systems recovery work. Max effort days are the biggest workouts, taking 75 minutes. Dynamic effort days run about an hour. And conditioning, cardio and recovery energy systems days run 30-45 minutes.
