Jiu-Jitsu (ALT GI/NO-GI)
Comp class will be a time to train and drill specifically for upcoming tournaments based on their specific rule sets. We will not be covering techniques, that’s what jiu-jistu class is for, so it is recommended that you have at least 6 months of training in before attending comp class.
Focus will be on specific positional sparring, drilling, stand-up rounds, repetition, and high cardio/endurance rounds along with strategies based on competition. This class is just an extra step to refine your game for success. You can also attend even if you don’t plan on or want to compete, but want to help the team prepare and be a good training partner and put in the work.
