Capital’s mission is to provide friendly, fun, and safe training facilities where every member’s training goals – whether for recreation or performance at the highest levels – are regarded equally.

In order to support the competitive grapplers we offer frequent In House Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling tournaments. These competitions are less than a quarter of the cost of other tournaments, and give members the opportunity to get their feet wet or to keep the rust off.

Our January 25th, 2020 tournament, held at our Loudoun, VA location, was another great success. We even had a black belt superfight!

We are currently working on our next exhibition In House Muay Thai Smoker competition, as well as several In House CrossFit competitions. More information will be coming soon.
