It’s undeniable that regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Fitness routines help manage weight, improve muscle mass and bone density, prevent diseases, improve brain health, and more! It’s also undeniable that Capital’s members take advantage of our offerings more the average person with a health club membership. Why is that?
The main reason is that the average session at the local health club sees people working out near each other, with headphones on to ensure fewer distractions and awkward interactions. At Capital, however, you have coaches and fellow members constantly working with you and encouraging you.
Another reason is that our programs feature regularly scheduled team and community events. While these are never mandatory to participate in, they do provide those motivated by specific goals with something to gun for. Right now members are getting ready for tournaments, fights, personal adventures, and — specific to our fitness programming — the CrossFit Open.
The 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games season kicks off with the CrossFit Open, a three-week international competition where anyone — regardless of fitness level or ability — can compete in the biggest fitness competition in history. The 2023 Open will take place from Feb. 16 – March 6.~CrossFit Headquarters
