After a full day of seminars featuring Roy Marsh, as well as our semi-annual black belt promotions celebration, we’ll be heading to First Down Sports Bar & Grill in Arlington, VA for our annual After Holidays Party.

This 21 and over event (must show ID at front door) is open to the members of Capital MMA & Elite Fitness, plus their friends and family. Free appetizers will be provided at 7:30PM, and they will likely run out fast. But don’t worry, you can still order your own food and drinks throughout the night.

UFC 284 will be airing (starting at 10 PM).
